B’Nafsheinu – Benefiting Yeshivas Ateres Tzvi in Ashdod
For 47 years, since 1973, Hagaon Harav Avraham Altman shlit”a traveled the world in indefatigable efforts to expand the borders of Torah and kedushah and support his beloved Yeshivas Ateres Tzvi.
Anyone who has ever had the privilege of meeting Rabbi Altman knows that he a living example of a tzaddik who is moser nefesh for Torah.
This is just one reason why Yeshivas Ateres Tzvi is the largest and most venerated makom Torah in the city of Ashdod.
Since its inception, Yeshivas Ateres Tzvi enjoyed a rare dose of siyata diShmaya, perhaps due to the Rosh Yeshiva’s unrivaled insistence on paying his avreichim on time every single month, without exception. Throughout practically half a century, Rabbi Altman persevered, and the Yeshiva expanded and flourished to become a fortress of Torah and kedushah in Ashdod.
Notwithstanding, throughout the past 47 years, the Yeshiva accumulated a debt that is relatively small considering the number of years, yet too large for the elderly Rosh Yeshiva, who is nearing the age of 90, to shoulder on his own!
Matching—Reversed!
A patron has generously pledged to cover half of the Yeshiva’s debt, subject to the Yeshiva raising the remainder of the sum from donors in Eretz Yisrael and around the world.
This is a one-time campaign, a one-time opportunity to give Rabbi Altman the strength to carry on and continue bearing the torch of Torah!
A one-time opportunity to strengthen the fortress of Torah in Ashdod!
A one-time opportunity to acquire a share in Torah with mesirus nefesh!
